Evelyn Quek

Evelyn is from the International Academy of Traditional Tibetan Medicine, UK. Both Evelyn and ourselves hope to organise regular talks on various aspects of traditional Tibetan medicine including a five day course on Ku Nye therapy in the autumn. When visiting Evelyn will be able to offer consultations on a one-to-one basis.

Evelyn describes Ku Nye as a:
"form of body and mind work [that] is gentle, non-invasive, and I find it works well on exhausted, stressed out people experiencing sleep loss or depression. Ku Nye uses specially formulated oils and herbs based on a person's constitution as core to its treatment and may be combined with various other forms of therapies..."
